Service and Acceptance

Herman Events provides luxury experience planning, event coordination, hosted venue experiences, nightlife planning, Saona Island experiences, boat party coordination, catering coordination, concierge support, and related Punta Cana services through a consultation-first process.

Inquiry and Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry, creating an account, sending an RSVP, or requesting a quote does not create a confirmed booking. Herman Events reviews customer details, checks availability, prepares recommendations when appropriate, and confirms plans manually through WhatsApp, phone, email, or direct communication.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact information, dates, group size, hotel or venue details, timing, special requests, accessibility needs, and any other details needed to coordinate the experience.

Payment Model

Herman Events does not provide online checkout, online card payment, automatic booking confirmation, or pay-now checkout through this website. Payment terms are confirmed directly with Herman Events, and payment is handled in person unless a separate written arrangement is confirmed.

Changes and Conditions

Availability, package details, venues, vendors, menus, timing, activity conditions, and add-ons may vary based on date, weather, safety rules, group size, supplier availability, location, and operational requirements.
