1. Services
Herman Events provides luxury event coordination and concierge services in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via WhatsApp communication with our team.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after explicit written confirmation from the Herman Events team via WhatsApp or email. Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
3. Payment
All payments are made in person at the time of service in cash or locally accepted forms of payment, as agreed upon during the booking process. No online payments are required or processed by Herman Events.
4. Cancellation & Changes

5. Weather
Outdoor and on-water experiences are subject to weather conditions. See our Weather Policy for how we handle weather-related cancellations and reschedules.
6. Liability
Herman Events coordinates services with third-party vendors. We are not liable for incidents, injuries, or losses that occur during third-party-operated services. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants from any event for inappropriate conduct, disregard for safety guidelines, or behavior that endangers others.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
