Rescheduling

We understand that travel plans can change. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp to request a change of date.

Cancellations by you

Since Herman Events does not collect upfront payment, there is no monetary penalty for cancellation. However, we ask that you notify us as early as possible so we can adjust our vendor coordination accordingly. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the event) may affect our ability to offer a reschedule.

Cancellations by Herman Events

In the rare event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, vendor unavailability, force majeure), we will contact you immediately and offer a reschedule or full cancellation with no charge.
